Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Chocolate syrup and extra whipped topping for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
Make the Peanut Butter Filling: In a large bowl, beat together the creamy peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Assemble the Pie: Spoon the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Chill and Garnish: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the pie is firm. Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and top with extra whipped topping and chopped peanuts if desired. Slice and serve chilled.
