Ingredients:
1 flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 fresh figs, thinly sliced
3-4 slices of prosciutto
3 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
¼ cup arugula (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the flatbread evenly with olive oil.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the flatbread as a base. Arrange the fig slices, prosciutto, and goat cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
Remove the flatbread from the oven and drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze.
Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and arugula, if using, for added flavor and a pop of color.
Slice and serve warm.
