1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) until well coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
